Previly - Smart Financial Management

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of Previly. By accessing and using Previly, you agree to be bound by these ToS.

1. Object

Previly is an intelligent personal financial management platform enabling automatic extraction of banking data from PDF or image bank statements, automatic bank synchronization, analysis and visualization of this financial data, as well as tax declaration preparation assistance tools.

2. Acceptance of ToS

Use of the Previly service implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the service.

3. Registration and User Account

To use Previly, you must create a user account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
Maintain the security of your account and password
Immediately notify Previly of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Service Usage

You agree to use Previly only:

For legal purposes and in accordance with these ToS
For your own financial data or data for which you have legal authorization
In a way that does not infringe on third-party rights

It is strictly prohibited to use Previly for:

Any illegal or fraudulent activity
Transmitting viruses or malicious code
Attempting to access unauthorized accounts or systems

5. Data and Privacy

Your personal and financial data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You retain ownership of all your data. Previly undertakes not to use your data for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

6. Service Availability

Previly strives to ensure service availability 24/7, but cannot guarantee absolute availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or force majeure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Previly cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from:

Use or inability to use the service
Errors or omissions in extracted or calculated data
Service interruptions
Financial, tax, or investment decisions made based on information provided by the service
Differences between tax estimates provided and actual tax amounts
Errors in your tax declaration resulting from the use of assistance tools

8. Exclusion of Investment Advice

Previly is not a Financial Investment Advisor (CIF) nor a Wealth Management Advisor (CGP) within the meaning of articles L. 541-1 and following of the French Monetary and Financial Code.

The Previly service is a tool for aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing personal financial data. It does not provide under any circumstances:

Personalized investment advice
Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold financial products
Asset allocation or investment strategy advice
Tax advice related to investments

The AI assistant integrated into the service provides general and educational information. This information does not constitute personalized advice and should not be interpreted as such.

For any investment advice, we recommend consulting a professional authorized by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF): a Financial Investment Advisor (CIF) registered with ORIAS or a Wealth Management Advisor (CGP).

9. Exclusion of Tax Advice

Previly is not an accounting firm, tax attorney, or tax advisory professional within the meaning of Ordinance No. 45-2138 of September 19, 1945 relating to the Order of Chartered Accountants.

Previly's tax assistance features are informational and educational tools designed to help you organize your financial data for your income tax declaration. These features include:

Previly reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly consult the ToS.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Previly also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these ToS.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of competent French courts.
